Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and within the 30-day purchase window to qualify for a full refund.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of the items to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your beauty products to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA form inside the parcel before shipping it back to us.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
